It is a digital token developed to serve as a financial infrastructure for the clean energy industry and clean energy industrial estates throughout Thailand and the Southeast Asian region. ECOENERGY will act as a Utility Token to support transactions in the clean energy economy system.

6.COMPLIANCE & REGULATIONS

ECOENERGY จะดำเนินการขอใบอนุญาตจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดทรัพย์(SEC)

และปฏิบัติตามกฏหมายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลในประเทศไทย รวมถึงปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐาน KYC/AML

• Utility Token : ใช้สำหรับการทำธุรกรรมภายในระบบ

ECOENERGY 将向泰国证券交易委员会（SEC）申请牌照，并遵守泰国的数字资产

法律。包括遵守 KYC/AML 标准

• 实用代币：用于系统内交易。

ECOENERGY will apply for a license from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and comply

with the digital asset laws in Thailand, including KYC/AML standards.
